My husband, Dan and I would again like to thank you for your professionalism and the thorough detail included in your recent inspection for us in Seabrook. We ultimately decided to terminate the contract on that property due to the many issues uncovered and negotiating with the seller and his agent over some of those issues. We feel that a "project house" is not the way we want to go at this stage in our lives, so we will take some lessons learned as we move slowly forward in acquiring a permanent home. Your inspection is some of the best money we could have spent in the home purchase process. Thank you for still being one of those guys who takes his work seriously and sticks to ethical principles in conducting business. Again, thanks for everything.
