THANK YOU again for what was a VERY thorough and informative inspection!!  As other reviewers noted, you were timely, professional, and worth every penny.  One aspect that especially stands out about your inspection is your focus on providing feedback and explanation after EACH section of the process.  You explained your findings after the electrical check, the structural check, the sprinkler check, etc.  Receiving a recap after each inspected area made it MUCH more digestible than receiving everything at once.  In addition, your determination to ensure the inspection was received same-day was yet another testament to your professionalism.  Without question, I will refer you to anyone I hear in need of an inspector and, when we hit the lottery and buy our NEXT house, you will be the man we call upon for the job!  Thank you again and know it was a complete pleasure working with you and having the peace of mind of know what issues to have addressed before moving forward with our home purchase.
