Ed Fryday was recommended to me by my Family's Realtor. I could not be more pleased with his work and professionalism. At the time of inspection, I was living out of town, Ed made it very easy for me to schedule the appointment, and mail him the check for the inspection. Even though I was unable to attend the inspection, I was very pleased by the emailed inspection and all of the photos that were taken! I had some questions about the home and listened to his suggestions on following up with some of my concerns. I hired a mechanical inspection of the AC by his recommendation, and am so glad I did! I had the seller fix what could have been a horrible leak from the AC condensor. I am purchasing the home, feeling satisfied that I know a lot about the home's condition, and I feel so happy to be buying my first home thanks to Ed!
