My husband and I have only positive comments about the inspection Ed Fryday did for us. The housing market has been very busy and tons of inspectors were backed up or not answering calls. Ed answered right away and even asked if I had any concerns up front. We set up a date and all went smoothly from there. He made sure to touch bases with us when needed to assure he was working towards the date of inspection. At the inspection he took pictures of everything that needed replaced/repaired and was very professional. We got the report that night including the pictures with markings and side notes. He recognized several things we never would have that will help keep our new home in top shape as well as things we presented to the seller. We highly recommend Ed! He was worth every penny!!
