Space City Inspections (Ed Fryday specifically) is the best inspector in the Houston metro area. He is extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. His report was very detailed and prepared within hours after completion of the inspection. He has a considerable understanding of the construction process, materials, and building codes. I am glad I did not risk my home purchase by using a less-qualified inspector or by trying to find the lowest fee. I will certainly use Space City again for my next home purchase.
