I researched several home inspection companies/inspectors and found that Space City Inspections received most favorable reviews and were located near the home I wanted inspected. I called and Ed Fryday answered and was able to inspect my home within a few days of my call. We agreed a time to meet, and Ed arrived a couple of minutes early. Ed talked me through his inspection process, and he took the time to show/explain to me what he was inspecting and observing as he performed the inspection - very knowledgeable and informative indeed. He finished the inspection within the estimated time he gave me at the start of the inspection. At the conclusion of the inspection, Ed made sure that I did not have any more questions, before the departed. I enjoyed me time with Ed. Later that evening, I received a well written, well documented report by email, that contained not only his observations, but also photographs and web links to internet sites where I could find out more about several different topics that related to what he discovered during the inspection. I will definitively use Ed on my next home inspection need and absolutely recommend him for home inspections.

We highly recommend Space City Inspections! Ed was punctual and started right on time. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Ed explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. We had the report (which covered all of the items we saw in person with pictures and it had additional details and resources for each item) the same evening in which the inspection was done. We won't buy another house in the area without obtaining his services first!

I called up Ed to inspect a home before I purchased it and I was so happy I did! He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains everything in great detail as you go. He is so good at his job that you might not want to buy a house after he finds every single thing wrong with it lol. Genuinely a nice person, hard working and a professional for sure.
