Meet Ed Fryday
Ed Fryday is a highly experienced ASHI Certified Home Inspector — a distinction earned only by professionals accredited through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), the gold standard for third-party certification in the inspection industry. He is also certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as both a Certified Professional Inspector and a Certified Master Inspector, reflecting his commitment to excellence and continued education.
Based in the Clear Lake area of Houston, Ed proudly serves homeowners and real estate professionals throughout Harris, Galveston, and Brazoria Counties. Since 2004, he has completed thousands of detailed inspections across the Greater Houston–Galveston region, earning a strong reputation for accuracy, integrity, and customer care.
In addition to comprehensive home inspections, Ed is qualified to perform pool and spa inspections, lawn sprinkler evaluations, and boat house, boat lift, and limited water well equipment inspections.
